A W A K E N I N G

i've finally got this drawing to a stage where i'm satisfied with it.. from the pencil sketch to what it is now, took quite a large amount of hours.. i've not really done anything like this in a while, so i'm happy with the result. for now.

i'll steal part of my description of the sketch for here:

"..it's meant to be a guy (wearing my clothes evidently) with flames bursting out from behind his shoulderblades, which shape into feathered wings as they extend from his arched back. it's a heavy weight on his shoulders right now, but in time, he will learn to fly."

yeah. hope you all like it. oh and.. please full view it. there's already a lot of detail lost from scaling it down for viewing on-screen. thanks : )
