I've finally found a new 'wallpaper' for my desktop (it's actually just a really cool digital painting by ` ukitakumuki who really, really ROCKS), and seeing as it's been like since forever since I last updated this part on deviantART, I thought I should probably do that now. I like the feel of all of this guy's artworks... They're all so modern/futura with many elements of science-fiction, and yet they seem to always possess a sort of "reminescence" to them, like some sort of a nostalgic feeling. A few of his works, I've noticed, also seem to feature a sort of "parallel history" element to it, that is, I've seen jet-fighters with propellor technology, and aircraft carriers that fly through the air (which reminds me of Last Exile, which now that I come to think of it, has a very similar feel again...) ...It also reminds me of Half Life 2. Mmm.
